We are in need of a human resources leader.
Job Scope and Responsibilities
Recruitment
*Understanding the manpower need from the concerned project or job vacancy.
*Understanding the requirements and can draft effective job description based on the need.
*Creating tests and interview questions that are appropriate for the job vacancy
*Able to create an effective grading system based on the criteria.
*Creating, maintaining and updating candidates’ database.
*Contacting and checking applicants’ background references.
*Writing
Orientation and On-boarding
*Once a candidate has been hired, giving the person offer letter with complete working agreement and policies.
*Creating a system for orientation and on-boarding. We don’t have an automated system yet, so it will be done manually at this time.
*Filling up accordingly the needed documents and information of the new hired employee.
*Introducing him/her to the manager and to the team where he/she will work with.
*Making sure the new employee knows how to communicate and how to use our communication system.
*Coordinating with the management for the appropriate required access for different softwares that are going to be used by the newly hired employee.
HR Manual and HR Policies
*Drafting the HR Manual and HR Policies for management’s approval.
*Drafting procedures and flows for the company’s overall HR needs.
Bonuses, Attendance, Time Offs and Leaves Tracking
*Keeping a database for the employee's’ attendance, time offs and leaves.
*Drafting attendance, time offs and leaves policies according to the management’s choice and approval.
*Communicate with the management to set up a calculation for bonuses and rewards based on the employee’s KPIs.
Maintaining Employee and Employer Feedback Plus Team Building
*Drafting and creating a system for company related surveys; performance feedback, employee’s experience.
*Communicating the survey results to the management and concerned individual or team.
*Creating a regular team building or recreation activities appropriate for a remote team.
Administration
*Making sure all HR and company wide documents are properly documented and placed in an organized folder.
