Job Title: B2B Marketing & Outreach Specialist — Event/Trade Show Company
About us:
We're a Hawaii-based company (Surf Simulator Events) that provides surf simulator experiences for corporate trade shows, brand activations, and corporate events. Clients include Red Hat, Salesforce, Pfizer, Maui Jim, Microsoft, and more. The owner builds and creates the product — we need someone to handle marketing and outreach so we get booked.
What you'll do:
Research and build lists of event agencies, experiential marketing companies, and corporate event planners
Send outreach
Submit our company to vendor directories and lead gen platforms (Bark, GigSalad, EXHIBITOR magazine, etc.)
Follow up with past clients
Manage our LinkedIn presence and post content weekly
Track leads and bookings in a simple spreadsheet
You need:
Strong written English
Experience with B2B outreach or lead generation
LinkedIn comfortable
Self-starter — the owner is hands-on building product, not managing you daily
Bonus: experience with event industry, marketing agencies, or trade shows
