JOB OVERVIEW

Luxury Brands | Video, Carousels, Static Design & Multi-Platform Content

About Us

We are a growing creative and marketing company working with premium and luxury brands across:

* Luxury events
* Hospitality
* Food and beverage
* Medical aesthetics
* Wellness
* Education and nonprofit organizations
* Real estate
* Founder and personal brands
* High-end service businesses

Our clients operate in elevated environments and often serve discerning, affluent, and high-profile audiences. Their social media and digital presence must reflect the same level of quality, sophistication, and credibility as their businesses.

We are looking for a highly skilled **Social Media Content Creator and Multimedia Editor** who can transform raw footage, professional photography, phone content, brand assets, written content, and creative direction into a consistent volume of polished, luxury-quality content.

This is not solely a video-editing role.

You must be equally comfortable creating sophisticated carousels, static graphics, short-form videos, long-form videos, event content, and platform-specific creative.

Our internal team will lead the brand strategy, campaign direction, messaging priorities, content themes, and overall marketing strategy. Your responsibility will be to bring that direction to life through exceptional design, editing, storytelling, and creative production.

This is a long-term position with the opportunity to grow into a lead creative role as our client portfolio expands.

---

## Your Primary Responsibility

Your primary responsibility will be to turn raw footage, photography, brand assets, written content, and creative direction into a consistent volume of polished content across multiple brands and platforms.

You should be able to open a folder containing raw videos, professional photography, phone footage, event media, and existing brand assets and determine:

* Which assets are strongest
* What content can be created
* How the content should be structured
* Which format is most appropriate
* How the visuals should be edited or designed
* How one set of assets can become multiple pieces of content
* How content should be adapted for different platforms
* How to preserve the identity of each individual brand

We are looking for someone who can execute at a high level without requiring step-by-step creative instructions for every asset.

---

## What You Will Be Creating

Projects may include:

* Instagram Reels
* Instagram carousels
* Static social media posts
* Instagram Stories
* TikTok videos
* YouTube Shorts
* Long-form YouTube videos
* Video teasers and trailers
* Pinterest graphics and video Pins
* Facebook posts and videos
* LinkedIn graphics and video content
* Event announcements
* Event recap videos
* Event recap carousels
* Brand launch content
* Partnership announcements
* Promotional campaigns
* Food and beverage content
* Hospitality and destination content
* Medical aesthetics content
* Educational and authority-building content
* Product and service showcases
* Founder and personal-brand content
* Testimonials and case studies
* Behind-the-scenes content
* Campaign covers and thumbnails
* Content repurposed from long-form footage
* Multiple social media assets developed from one raw-content folder

You may work across several brands, each with its own visual identity, audience, and creative direction.

---

## Luxury Creative Standard

Every brand in our portfolio operates within a premium or luxury environment.

The content you create must reflect the quality, sophistication, and level of clientele these businesses serve.

Luxury experience or a strong luxury-focused portfolio is highly preferred.

You must understand that luxury content is not simply:

* Gold typography
* Black backgrounds
* Slow-motion footage
* Dramatic music
* Excessive transitions
* Generic templates
* AI-generated mansions or models
* Applying the same aesthetic to every client

True luxury creative requires:

* Refined visual judgment
* Elegant typography
* Strong composition
* Intentional pacing
* Sophisticated color grading
* High-quality image and footage selection
* Clean editorial layouts
* Strategic use of negative space
* Controlled motion and transitions
* Attention to lighting, texture, sound, and detail
* Visual restraint
* Consistency across every touchpoint

The final work should feel:

* Elevated
* Editorial
* Intentional
* Sophisticated
* Polished
* Modern
* Credible
* Distinctive to the brand

It should never feel:

* Cheap
* Cluttered
* Overdesigned
* Generic
* Template-driven
* Outdated
* Excessively flashy
* Obviously AI-generated
* Inconsistent with the brand

You must be able to interpret luxury differently across industries.

For example:

* **Medical aesthetics** should feel clean, credible, modern, refined, and clinically sophisticated.
* **Hospitality** should feel aspirational, immersive, experiential, and desirable.
* **Luxury events** should communicate exclusivity, atmosphere, energy, and anticipation.
* **Food and beverage** should feel sensory, rich, elegant, and visually considered.
* **Education and nonprofit content** should feel human, credible, compelling, and emotionally resonant without losing visual quality.
* **Founder and personal-brand content** should feel polished, authoritative, authentic, and current.

Each client must maintain its own identity. We are not looking for someone who applies the same templates, fonts, effects, or editing style to every brand.

---

## Design and Video Standards

You should have an exceptional eye for:

* Graphic design
* Typography
* Visual hierarchy
* Composition
* Layout
* Image selection
* Video editing
* Storytelling
* Pacing
* Color grading
* Lighting
* Music selection
* Sound design
* Motion graphics
* Caption design
* Brand consistency
* Fine details

You understand how to make content feel premium without overproducing it.

You should also understand how to create content that captures attention while maintaining an elevated brand identity.

The strongest candidate will know when to:

* Use restraint
* Let footage breathe
* Create faster-paced edits
* Use subtle motion
* Build anticipation
* Lead with a strong visual
* Use typography as part of the storytelling
* Remove unnecessary effects
* Choose quality over visual noise

---

## Platform Awareness

You are not expected to lead our overall social media strategy, analytics, reporting, or conversion strategy.

However, you must have a strong working knowledge of the platforms you are creating for and understand that content should not simply be resized and posted identically everywhere.

You should understand the creative differences between:

### Instagram

* Reels
* Carousels
* Stories
* Static posts
* Covers and thumbnails
* Saveable and shareable content
* Strong visual cohesion
* Current editing and design expectations

### YouTube

* YouTube Shorts
* Long-form video
* Audience retention
* Opening hooks
* Pacing
* Thumbnails
* Titles and visual structure
* Repurposing long-form footage into short-form clips

### TikTok

* Platform-native pacing
* Strong openings
* Authenticity
* Current formats
* Trend adaptation
* Fast audience retention

### Pinterest

* Vertical formats
* Search-driven visual content
* Evergreen graphics
* Strong headlines
* Visual hierarchy
* Content designed to drive discovery and website traffic

### Facebook

* Event promotion
* Community-focused content
* Video and image posts
* Albums
* Longer-form storytelling
* Local and demographic-specific audiences

### LinkedIn

* Founder-led content
* Thought leadership
* Business storytelling
* Case studies
* Partnership announcements
* Professional brand positioning
* Educational carousels and graphics

You must stay informed about:

* Changing platform dimensions
* File specifications
* New platform features
* Current editing styles
* Emerging content formats
* Relevant social media trends
* Organic-content best practices
* Hooks and audience retention
* What makes content engaging and shareable

You do not need to guarantee virality or own the growth strategy.

You do need to avoid outdated formats, editing styles, dimensions, and creative practices.

---

## Trends and Creative Judgment

Social media trends change quickly.

You should know how to identify trends and determine whether they are appropriate for a premium brand.

We are not looking for someone who copies every viral trend.

We are looking for someone who can:

* Recognize relevant trends early
* Adapt trends to fit the brand
* Protect the brand’s visual identity
* Understand when a trend feels too cheap or overused
* Use current formats without making the content generic
* Balance platform relevance with timeless brand positioning
* Create attention without compromising sophistication

The right person understands that being current does not mean chasing everything that becomes popular.

---

## AI Expectations

We actively encourage the intelligent use of AI to improve quality, creativity, and efficiency.

AI may be used for:

* Ideation
* Storyboarding
* Editing support
* Audio cleanup
* Footage enhancement
* Background extension
* Object removal
* Asset organization
* Motion support
* Design support
* Caption generation
* Creating supplementary visuals when appropriate

However, the final work must:

* Look realistic
* Feel intentional
* Match the specific brand
* Maintain visual consistency
* Meet premium professional standards
* Avoid generic AI aesthetics
* Avoid artificial-looking people, products, food, environments, or architecture
* Avoid obvious visual errors
* Avoid making every brand look the same

We are not looking for someone who relies heavily on generic AI-generated videos or produces artificial-looking content because it is faster.

AI should support strong creative judgment—not replace it.

Experience with the following is helpful:
