GoHighLevel Fulfillment Specialist - Part-Time to Full-Time (US AI Agency)

ABOUT US
We are a US-based AI automation agency. We help local service businesses capture more leads and book more jobs using AI voice agents, chatbots, and CRM automation, all built in GoHighLevel. We pay on time, treat our team well, and want someone long-term.

THE ROLE
You will build and maintain client systems in GoHighLevel. You follow our written step-by-step guides. You build, test, document, and fix. You will not do sales or write voice scripts (we handle that). You own the build.

We start everyone part-time so we both know it is a fit. If you are strong, we move you to full-time in 30 to 60 days. We want someone long-term.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Set up new client sub-accounts: domain, phone number, email sending, pipelines, custom fields, calendars
- Deploy and clone our snapshots
- Build and fix workflows: missed-call text back, review requests, appointment booking, lead nurture, follow-up drips
- Set up SMS and email sequences
- Deploy our AI voice agents and chatbots (using our prompts) and connect them to the CRM
- Help with A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration
- Set up Twilio / LC Phone for SMS compliance and call routing
- Connect tools with Zapier, Make, or webhooks
- Build landing pages and forms in GHL
- Keep CRM data clean and build client reports
- Test everything before launch and write short notes on what you built

REQUIRED (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- 2+ years hands-on GoHighLevel (sub-accounts, snapshots, workflows, pipelines, funnels, custom fields, triggers)
- Can build and fix automations without hand-holding
- Twilio / LC Phone and A2P 10DLC setup
- Zapier and/or Make, plus webhooks
- Strong written and spoken English
- Works on their own, follows SOPs, gives a daily update on Slack
- Can overlap at least 4 hours with US hours
- Comfortable recording Looms and sharing your screen

PAY
Starts part-time at $10 to $14/hour, 15 to 20 hours a week. Moves to full-time at $1,500 to $1,800/month once you prove the work. Clear path, fast timeline. Yearly raise plus a December bonus.
