I am the visionary, the content creator, and the designer. I handle the artwork, the teaching, and the big-picture strategy. I am looking for a highly skilled tech expert to take my completed videos, copy, and designs, and build the digital flow behind the scenes.
Your Role:
You will be the technical architect of our marketing ecosystem.
I already have a dedicated web developer who handles my websites, so you will focus entirely on email marketing, YouTube optimization, and social media content distribution & conversion.
More importantly, I want you to act as a cooperative tech advisor.
You will bounce technical ideas, faster workflows, and software solutions off of me. I will review them—if I love the idea, we implement it; if it doesn't fit the vision, we stick to the original plan. You bring the technical options to the table, and I make the final call. You implement.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Platform Mastery: Export contacts from MailChimp and other lists and perfectly merge them into AWeber. Set up automated email sequences, ensure tags are firing correctly, and generate the embed codes for my web developer.
YouTube Optimization:
Upload my existing beach yoga videos, update titles/descriptions (copy provided by me), and utilize advanced YouTube SEO strategies to help us rank.
Social Media Slicing:
Take my long-form videos, intuitively slice them into highly engaging 10-15 second clips for Instagram Reels and TikTok, add provided text overlays, and schedule them. I will provide the work flow.
Cooperative Advising:
Continuously look for ways to streamline our backend tech and pitch those ideas to me for approval.
What You Bring to the Table:
* High-level tech expertise in AWeber, YouTube Studio, and video editing/repurposing tools.
* A proactive, communicative working style.
* An appreciation for wellness, yoga, or holistic brands. We operate with a peaceful, grounding energy.
Compensation & Structure (Part-Time Expert):
We are looking for a top-tier professional who wants a stable, long-term supplementary client. This is a strictly part-time role requiring approximately 5 to 10 hours per week (budgeted at a competitive expert hourly rate, totaling roughly $200–$300/month).
We will begin with a paid, defined trial project to build and consolidate our initial email marketing and YouTube ecosystem. Upon a successful launch, this will transition into your ongoing, long-term role for content scheduling, technical advising, and maintenance.
