Concrete Estimator / Quoting Specialist

We’re Inspire Concrete Group — a Sydney-based concrete construction company with 20+ years of experience and 500+ completed projects. We specialise in residential and commercial concrete: driveways, slabs, footpaths, house slabs, and more.

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented estimator to help us manage our quoting pipeline remotely.

What you’ll be doing:

• Reviewing incoming leads and job details provided by our admin team
• Preparing accurate estimates and formal quotes using our job management software (Tradify)
• Calculating materials, labour, and equipment costs based on scope details (m², thickness, finish, pump requirements, etc.)
• Inputting and managing job data in our CRM (Lana Software)
• Communicating with our admin team to clarify scope before quoting
• Tracking quote status and following up on pending quotes
• Supporting our lead estimator and business owner with pricing reviews

What we need from you:

• Experience in construction estimating (concrete, civil, or trade background preferred)
• Strong attention to detail — accuracy in numbers is non-negotiable
• Comfortable working with job management or estimating software
• Good written English for internal communication
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work during Australian business hours (AEST)
• Self-managed, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with Tradify, Lana Software, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of Australian construction industry standards
