We are looking for a part-time (TO START) Print-On-Demand Ecommerce Specialist with real, current experience working with POD-based online stores.

This role is for someone who understands the Print-On-Demand business model and has hands-on experience setting up, organizing, and managing POD products through platforms like Printify, Printful, Etsy, and Shopify.
This is not a general VA role and not a graphic designer role. We are looking for someone who understands ecommerce operations, product listings, POD workflows, product variants, SEO, mockups, pricing, production settings, and store organization.

Main Priority: Print-On-Demand Experience

The main priority for this role is current knowledge of the Print-On-Demand market and actual experience working for a store that used a POD business model.

You should understand how POD products are created, listed, connected, published, priced, and organized.

You should be familiar with things like:

* Printify and/or Printful product setup
* Etsy POD listings
* Shopify POD listings
* Product variants
* Mockup images
* Production partners
* Shipping profiles
* Pricing and profit margins
* Listing optimization
* Product descriptions
* Tags and SEO
* File organization
* Store operations

We want someone who has done this before, not someone who only wants to learn from scratch.

Main Responsibilities

You will help with tasks such as:

* Creating and optimizing Etsy product listings
* Creating and organizing Shopify product listings
* Setting up POD products in Printify, Printful, or similar platforms
* Connecting POD products to Etsy and/or Shopify
* Managing product variants such as color, size, style, and quantity
* Uploading listing images and organizing image order
* Writing or improving SEO-friendly product titles
* Writing short, clean product descriptions
* Creating Etsy tags and keyword ideas
* Checking product details before publishing
* Reviewing pricing, shipping, mockups, and production settings
* Organizing design files, mockups, product photos, and listing assets
* Researching competitors, product trends, keywords, and pricing
* Helping create clean systems for product launches and listing updates

Brief Workflow:

Our creative/design team will create the product designs, mockups, and listing image assets.

Your role will be to help turn those product assets into clean, organized, optimized product listings.
In many cases, we will provide the product idea, design files, mockups, product photos, or general directions. You will help set up the product correctly, write or improve the listing, organize the images, create tags, set variants, check pricing, and make sure everything is ready to be published.

We need someone who can help keep the ecommerce operations side organized, accurate, and moving.

Platforms & Tools

Experience with these platforms is strongly preferred:

* Printify
* Printful
* Etsy
* Shopify
* Google Sheets
* Google Drive
* Canva
* Kittl
* ChatGPT or AI writing tools
* Etsy keyword tools such as eRank, EverBee, Marmalead, or similar

You do not need to know every tool, but you should have real experience with POD workflows.

Experience we are looking for in an ideal candidate:

* Working for an Etsy or Shopify POD store
* Setting up POD products
* Creating product listings
* Managing product variants
* Writing Etsy titles, descriptions, and tags
* Understanding mockup images and listing image order
* Researching competitors and keywords
* Reviewing pricing and profit margin basics
* Organizing product data in spreadsheets
* Checking listings for mistakes before publishing

This role is focused on POD ecommerce operations, Etsy/Shopify listings, product setup, SEO, variants, organization, and store workflow.

Salary, Hours, and Schedules:

This is a flexible part-time role to start.

Hours are flexible and negotiable depending on your skill level, availability, communication, and quality of work.
Reliability, accuracy, communication, and completing tasks on time are more important than a fixed schedule.
