Walmart Marketplace Specialist — Bulk Catalog Listing and Management

We're a US-based custom and pre-designed stencil brand expanding our catalog to tens of thousands of SKUs across marketplaces. We need a Walmart Marketplace specialist who can take a large product catalog from spreadsheet to live, indexed listings — and who actually knows how to get a brand approved and unblocked, not just push uploads.
This is a single-channel role: you own Walmart. You will not be designing products or managing other marketplaces.
What you'll do

Bulk-upload thousands of products to Walmart Marketplace using the Full Item Spec spreadsheet template, including variant groups, sizes, and images.
Manage and clean large catalog spreadsheets — mapping our product data into Walmart's required fields, fixing errors, and resolving feed/processing failures at scale.
Diagnose and resolve a denied GTIN exemption: pull the denial reason, correct the application, and reapply until the brand is approved to list without UPCs/GTINs.
Get listings live, indexed, and searchable — troubleshoot items stuck in "processing," "system error," or unpublished states.
Maintain catalog health over time: repricing, content fixes, suppressed-listing recovery, and ongoing bulk edits as the catalog grows.
Manage basic marketplace operations — order issues, cases, and listing quality.

Required experience

Hands-on Walmart Marketplace Seller Center experience — not Amazon-only experience you're hoping transfers.
Proven track record bulk-uploading products via Walmart's spreadsheet templates (Full Item Spec / bulk item upload). You should be comfortable with large files, not 10-item uploads.
Direct experience requesting and obtaining a Walmart GTIN/UPC exemption, including handling a denial and successfully reapplying.
Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel / Google Sheets): VLOOKUP, data cleanup, formatting large datasets, splitting variants, batch edits.
Comfortable troubleshooting listing errors, indexing problems, and feed rejections independently.
Able to work with a catalog in the tens of thousands of SKUs without getting overwhelmed.

Nice to have

Experience with variant-heavy catalogs (same product, multiple sizes/designs).
Familiarity with Amazon FBM or Shopify as adjacent channels.
Image/listing-content basics for marketplace compliance.

Screening

Shortlisted applicants will be asked to walk through, step by step, how they'd diagnose and resolve a denied Walmart GTIN exemption.
