Must Haves:


1. Must be knowledgeable in Data Coordination

2. Must be knowledgeable in MLS, NWMLS, Redx, Leadsplus
3. Must have experience in the Real Estate Space –preferred but not required

4. Must be available to work Full time from 3pm-11:30 pm Manila time or 12 am - 8:30 am Pacific Time

5. Must have a typing speed of
65 to 75 WPM.
6. Must have the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively.

7. MUST be self-motivated.
8. Must have a stable Internet Connection & Minimal Power Outage in your area

Tasks:

• Upload Agents data from Redx in all markets
• Upload Agents data from leadsplus in Seattle
• Upload Agents data from MLS (in certain markets)
• Audit Agents data for Seattle, by comparing the live MLS data inside the NWMLS for Agents data – to what was uploaded
• Go one-by-one for the Seattle market inside the NWMLS – and make sure every lead is uploaded to the Pipeline – as Redx and leadsplus will sometimes miss opportunities
• Manually add the Agents listings from the NWMLS to the Pipeline – going back years into the past – to make sure the Pipeline has a complete and full library of every Agents listing
