I run a U.S.-based digital marketing agency, Peripheral Media. We help businesses turn their ad spend and
I'm looking for one sharp appointment setter to become an extension of my team: someone who does LinkedIn outreach on behalf of the agency, starts genuine conversations with business owners, identifies the warm ones, and books them onto my calendar.
You won't be closing sales — that's my job. Your job is to open doors and hand me people who are ready to talk.
This is not for someone who has done "a little" appointment setting. I need someone who knows how to engage, follow up without being annoying, read when a person is interested, and move them toward a conversation. If you disappear after the first message or just blast templates, this isn't the role for you.
What You'll Do:
- Run daily outreach to business owners on LinkedIn (from a Peripheral Media profile — not impersonating me)
- Start real conversations, not copy-paste spam — you'll have a framework, but you need to sound human
- Follow up consistently and intelligently with people who don't reply right away
- Offer our free account "audit" as the door-opener — it's how we show value before any pitch
- Spot the warm leads, qualify them lightly, and book them directly onto my calendar
- Keep our tracking sheet clean and up to date so nothing falls through the cracks
Who I'm Looking For:
- Proven appointment-setting or sales-development experience (tell me your numbers, show me results)
- Excellent written English — natural, warm, professional, not robotic
- Genuinely good with people: you can read tone, sense interest, and know when to push vs. back off
- Persistent and organized — follow-up is where most setters fail; this is where you'll win
- Comfortable on LinkedIn and learning our outreach approach
- Self-starter who takes ownership, not someone who needs to be told every step — think on your own.
What I Offer:
- A supportive, respectful team — I already work with several VAs long-term and treat people well
- ~20 hours/week to start, with room to grow as results come in
- $5/hour base, PLUS commission that rewards quality :
+ $10 bonus for every qualified appointment that actually shows up
+ One-time 3% bonus on any new project landed from a lead you sourced
- Clear systems, clear expectations, and direct access to me — no confusing layers of management
- Long-term stability — I want one good person I can keep, not constant turnover. The better your bookings, the more you earn.
