GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation Specialist

Full-Time | Remote (Philippines) | $6–$8 USD/hour + Paid US Holidays

InnoStak is a software development, automation, and AI solutions company helping businesses streamline operations and scale through technology. We partner with agencies, SaaS companies, and service-based businesses across industries including Real Estate, Coaching, Law, Tax & Accounting, and Marketing.

We're looking for two GHL Specialists — one with extensive, certified-level GHL experience, and one who is experienced and eager to grow with us.

This is not a freelance or short-term role. We're looking for someone who wants to build a career and become a long-term member of the InnoStak team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Build and manage client GHL accounts — pipelines, calendars, forms, surveys, snapshots, and SaaS Mode environments

Build advanced workflow automations, email/SMS/voicemail sequences, and client onboarding flows

Build landing pages, sales funnels, and conversion systems inside GHL

Integrate third-party tools using Zapier, Make, APIs, Twilio, Mailgun, Stripe, and webhooks

Support AI-powered workflows and automation implementations

Create internal documentation and process guides

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience
Strong understanding of CRM management, automations, and funnels
Experience with Zapier, Make, or similar platforms
Strong written and verbal English communication
GHL Certified is a plus
Experience with SaaS Mode, APIs, webhooks, or AI tools is a plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

$6–$8 USD/hour based on experience
40 hours/week
