We are seeking a creative and mission-driven Social Media Content Creator to help tell our story, increase community engagement, and amplify the impact of our youth leadership, arts education, and community empowerment programs.

The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller who can transform photos, videos, program activities, testimonials, events, and organizational updates into engaging content that builds awareness, attracts supporters, and highlights the voices of the youth and communities we serve.

Responsibilities
Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other approved platforms.
Develop 3–5 social media posts per week, including graphics, reels, stories, and captions.
Capture and edit content from programs, workshops, events, and community activities (virtual or in-person as assigned).
Highlight youth success stories, community impact, partnerships, sponsors, and organizational milestones.
Collaborate with leadership to promote programs including:

Fundraising campaigns and special events

Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages as directed.
Provide a simple monthly performance report with recommendations for growth.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating content for nonprofits, education, arts, youth development, or community-based organizations.
Strong skills in Canva, CapCut, Instagram Reels, and short-form video creation.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong writing and storytelling skills.
Photography and videography skills are a plus.
