The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, creative, and analytical, with a passion for building campaigns that deliver measurable results. This is a contract position. You’ll need to be available during U.S. Central business hours and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Compensation is based on experience and scope.
Responsibilities
• Develop, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across website, Google Ads, social media, and
• Create engaging content for websites, blogs, landing pages, social media,
• Develop local SEO and GEO-focused content strategies to improve search visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.
• Manage and grow company social media channels by creating content, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries as appropriate.
• Design marketing materials using Canva or similar design platforms.
• Create, edit, and publish video content for YouTube, social media, and other digital channels.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword strategy, budgeting, bidding, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and performance optimization.
• Monitor key marketing metrics including lead volume, conversion rates, cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and campaign ROI.

• Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with SEO best practices.
• Update and maintain Google Business profiles.
• Design and organize digital marketing collateral, promotional materials, sales enablement resources, and recruiting materials.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations and monthly reports to leadership.
• Collaborate remotely with branch managers, sales leaders, and operational teams to support business goals.
• Research industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing opportunities to identify areas for growth and innovation.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
• Assist with marketing automation, CRM management, lead tracking, and campaign reporting as needed.
Qualifications
• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, content marketing, or a related role.
• Experience managing lead generation and optimizing sales funnels.
• Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, or similar content management and marketing automation platforms.
• Working knowledge of SEO, local SEO, and content marketing.
• Basic understanding of HTML, website management, and Adobe Photoshop or similar design software.
• Experience creating and managing social media advertising campaigns, including
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills. Writing and social media samples are required for consideration.
• Ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in the pest control industry, home services, or another route-based service industry is a plus.
Remote Requirements
• Reliable high-speed internet and a personal computer capable of running design, video, and analytics tools.
• Availability during U.S. Central business hours.
• Comfortable with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Loom, and project management software.
• Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
