Short Form Content Editor and Social Media Scheduler

We are looking for someone to turn our daily recorded calls and meetings into short form organic social media content.
You will log into our Fathom.ai recordings, review the calls, pull out the best ---------- nts, and create catchy short videos for social media. This includes editing the clips, adding captions, cleaning up the flow, and making the content feel engaging for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

Once the videos are edited, you will send them over for approval. After approval, you will schedule and publish the posts using Go High Level Social Planner.

This role is perfect for someone who understands short form content, knows how to spot a good clip, and can take raw recorded conversations and turn them into posts people actually want to watch.

Responsibilities include:
Reviewing Fathom.ai recordings daily
Finding strong clips and useful ---------- nts fro ---------- etings
Editing short form videos for organic social media
Adding captions, hooks, simple graphics, and clean formatting
Writing short captions for each post
Sending videos for approval before posting
Scheduling approved posts inside Go High Level Social Planner
Keeping content organized and posted consistently
Creating content that feels natural, catchy, and not overly corporate
You should be comfortable working independently, moving fast, and making content from existing recordings without needing everything handed to you step by step.
