About Us

Enclave Med Spa is a growing medical aesthetic practice offering treatments including Botox, Dysport, Diamond Glow facials, and more. We're expanding fast and need a sharp, self-driven marketing VA who can own our digital presence and help us convert leads into booked patients — without being micromanaged.

This is not a general VA role. We need someone who lives and breathes marketing, knows GoHighLevel inside and out, and understands the aesthetics space.


What You'll Own


Social Media — Create and schedule 5–7 posts/week for Instagram and Facebook (Reels, carousels, stories, captions). Content should be on-brand, scroll-stopping, and written for a med spa audience.
GoHighLevel (GHL) / CRM — Monitor the lead pipeline daily, move contacts through stages, trigger follow-up sequences, and flag hot leads for our call center. Keep the pipeline clean and no lead goes cold.
Meta Ads Support — Pull weekly campaign reports (CPL, CTR, spend), flag underperforming ads, and coordinate with our social media manager on creative and campaign setup.

Email & SMS Campaigns — Build and send promotional campaigns in GHL to our patient list. Write copy for new patient offers (Botox, Dysport, Diamond Glow), manage the contact database, and maintain proper opt-out compliance.



You Must Have


GoHighLevel experience — not just awareness, actual hands-on use. We will ask you to show us a workflow you built.
Social media content portfolio — real examples of Instagram/Facebook content you created for a business. Reels editing experience is a plus.
Meta Ads Manager familiarity — you can read a campaign report, understand CPL and CTR, and know the difference between a lead gen ad and a traffic ad.
Canva proficiency — you can produce clean, on-brand graphics independently.
Excellent written English — your captions and email copy will represent Enclave Med Spa directly.
Medical spa, aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare experience — strong preference. You should know what Botox and Dysport are and how to talk about them compliantly.
