Ecom Dropshipping Specialist

We are looking for an E-COMMERCE Dropshipping Specialist

This position requires excellent organizational skills, communication skills, follow up, ability to multi-task and attention to details.

You must have a desire to learn about our products, and a strong desire to contribute to the success and continued growth to our company. This individual will provide information on our products and demonstrate our commitment to customer service by working directly with our numerous E-Commerce and retail partners and ensuring superior results.

Responsibilities will include:

*Daily research for new products
*Daily execution of price/cost updates
*Manage day-to-day customer interactions via Amazon and other online retail channels
*Coordinate and process daily orders for our e-tail partners drop ship programs
*Manage inventory across marketplaces and monitor sales velocity
*Provide accurate information in response to inquiries about our products
*Handle and resolve customer issues in a professional manner
*Able to work with multiple intra-company vendor portals to update inventory, manage orders
*Manage heavy volume of emails while maintaining a superior level of quality customer care
*Handle multiple projects simultaneously

Candidate must possess the following:

*General knowledge of sales, customer service, and administrative functions

*Familiar with e-commerce, retail, and online marketing

*Computer proficiency with Microsoft office programs: Word, Excel (V Look up Plus), Outlook

*Professional demeanor in all written and verbal correspondence

*Demonstrate problem-solving skills

*Provide attention to detail and accuracy

*Flexible and highly organized

*Able to multi-task in a fast paced lively work environment

*Reliable and eager to learn

*Ability to work well in a mature work environment, with minimal supervision

*Experience with UPS Worldship, FEDEX, a plus!

*Experience with Amazon, websites sales, ebay sales is another plus!

*Familiar with social media such as Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook

This position is 10 hours per week. You will work Monday through Friday for 2 hours a day.
