Video Editor & Social Media Growth Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor & Social Media Growth Specialist with strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and a solid understanding of how content performs across modern social platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who can take raw footage and transform it into high-retention, platform-optimized short-form and long-form content that supports audience growth and engagement across multiple channels.

You will be responsible for both video production and social media distribution strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing (Adobe Premiere Pro Focus)
Edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) using Adobe Premiere Pro
Edit long-form content such as interviews, webinars, and educational videos
Cut, structure, and refine footage for retention, clarity, and storytelling flow
Add captions, subtitles, hooks, transitions, and on-screen text optimized for engagement
Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form clips

Social Media Content & Distribution:
Upload and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
Write compelling captions, hooks, titles, and descriptions
Support content scheduling and publishing strategy
Ensure content is optimized per platform (not just reposted)

Content Growth & Repurposing:
Identify strong ---------- nts in long-form videos and convert them into viral-style clips
Suggest improvements to increase watch time and engagement
Contribute ideas for content angles and distribution strategy

Requirements:
Strong, proven experience using Adobe Premiere Pro (required)
Experience editing both short-form and long-form video content
Strong understanding of social media performance (hooks, retention, watch time)
Strong English writing skills for captions, titles, and hooks

Familiarity with tools such as:
Adobe Premiere Pro (must)
Descript / CapCut (optional)
Canva
ChatGPT or similar AI tools
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Must provide a portfolio or examples of edited video work

Preferred Experience:
Experience growing or managing social media accounts
Strong understanding of viral short-form content structure
Experience in educational, coaching, wellness, or personal development content
Basic understanding of YouTube growth strategy
