JOB OVERVIEW

We are a direct-to-factory manufacturer specializing in high-volume, premium STEM Educational Kits (fossil excavation kits, break-your-own geode sets, and gemstone discovery blocks). We handle everything from industrial production and custom mold design to retail-ready packaging.

We are expanding our global B2B outreach to target international toy brands, educational distributors, and massive sourcing companies. We are looking for a dedicated, Full-Time Outbound Specialist who understands modern sales infrastructure to help us scale.

Tech Stack & Tools You Will Use
You must be highly comfortable and experienced with the following tools (accounts/access will be provided):

ImportYeti: For analyzing customs/shipping data to find companies already importing similar goods.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator: For pinpointing corporate buyers and sourcing directors.

---------- : For data scraping, email verification, and list building.

NeverBounce: For cleaning list data and ensuring zero bounce rates.

---------- : For managing email sequences, warm-ups, and inbox health.

Key Responsibilities & KPIs
Competitor & Sourcing Research: Use ImportYeti to track sea freight data and identify global toy brands or distributors currently buying from overseas factories.

Lead Generation & Hygiene: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ---------- to locate exact decision-makers (Category Buyers, Sourcing Managers), and verify all emails through NeverBounce.

Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize personalized outreach campaigns inside ---------- .

Weekly KPI: You are expected to generate at least 3 to 5 qualified responses from potential customers every week.

Pipeline Tracking: Push positive replies to our CRM/tracking spreadsheet and coordinate discovery calls with the factory owner.

Requirements
Flawless Written English: Able to craft highly compelling, professional corporate pitches.

Proven Tech Competency: Direct, hands-on experience using ---------- , Instantly, Sales Navigator, ImportYeti, and NeverBounce.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to read customs data on ImportYeti and turn it into actionable sales leads.

Reliability: High-speed internet connection and full-time commitment (Monday–Friday).

Salary & Commission Structure
Base Salary: $150 USD - $250 USD / month.

Commission: 5% commission on every confirmed B2B order generated from your outreach. (Given our high factory order volumes, this offers massive earning potential).

Long-Term Growth: Opportunity to lead our outreach department as our factory production scales.
