We are Tacticaleads- a social media agency helping founders, creators, and high-ticket coaches grow. We are hiring a graphic designer to own the Instagram visuals for our clients and founder's personal brand too.

WHAT YOU WILL DESIGN
- Scroll-stopping Instagram feed posts and graphics
- Carousels that pull people to the last slide
- Story graphics that drive replies, taps, and DMs
- Cohesive, on-brand visual systems per client, not one-off randomness

Think Alex Hormozi and Iman Gadzhi level creator-brand aesthetics, tailored for engagement and saves, not just "pretty."

WHAT ACTUALLY MATTERS
- Visual storytelling and hierarchy (the eye knows exactly where to go)
- Typography and layout that feel premium
- Audience psychology: what makes someone stop, read, save, and share
- Speed without sacrificing quality

TOOLS
- Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva (Figma a plus)
- Comfortable working from brand guidelines and building reusable systems

YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO
- Designs with strategy, not just taste
- Sweats the details (kerning, spacing, alignment)
- Takes feedback well and iterates fast
- Communicates clearly in English
