Email Specialist / Appointment Setter (Apollo + GoHighLevel) — B2B UK Renovations

We're a UK renovations company looking for a reliable, experienced Email Specialist / Appointment Setter to take care of our cold email outreach to B2B clients (property developers, estate agents, landlords, and contractors).

The heart of this role is looking after our emails over time, keeping our campaigns running smoothly and making sure our emails land in the inbox, NOT in spam. On top of that, you'll call our engaged leads to book meetings.

IMPORTANT: This role works UK business hours (approx. 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM Philippine time).
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own our cold email campaigns day to day in Apollo and GoHighLevel — sequences, follow-ups, and replies.
- Protect our email health: monitor deliverability, bounces, and inbox placement, and keep our emails OUT of spam over the long term (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warmup, sending limits).
- Personalise outreach to each prospect — real research, not copy-paste blasts.
- Call engaged leads as part of the follow-up cadence (typically on the 3rd touch) to warm them up and book meetings.
- Track everything and report results weekly.
- Continuously improve our email strategy to keep performance high.

YOU MUST HAVE:
- Proven experience with Apollo AND GoHighLevel (HighLevel) — this is essential.
- Strong email marketing experience with deliverability know-how (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warmup, spam avoidance).
- Excellent spoken and written English — you'll be calling UK businesses (video intro required, see below).
- Reliable internet, a quiet calling environment, and a headset.
- Self-motivated, organised, and consistent — you'll check the campaigns EVERY day.

NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in the construction / renovations / property industry (a big plus).
COMPENSATION:
- Monthly base salary ($300–$800 depending on experience).
- Commission + a bonus for every signed contract you bring us ($50-$1000 depending on size).

Strong performers will earn well above base.
