Role Summary:
PTOE Global Solutions is looking for a Technology & Business Coach to support business owners, founders, and leadership teams in using technology, systems, and business practices to improve execution, scalability, and sustainable growth.
This role will work directly with PGS clients, including businesses supported through PGS-managed solutions. The coach will help clients clarify business priorities, identify operational and technology gaps, improve leadership accountability, and connect business goals to practical technology-enabled solutions.
The ideal candidate is an experienced coach with strong business understanding, technology awareness, and the ability to help leaders turn insight into action. This person must be comfortable coaching small business owners, SaaS founders, and leadership teams while collaborating closely with PGS delivery, technology, operations, and client success teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business, Leadership & Technology Coaching
Coach business owners, founders, executives, and leadership teams on business clarity, growth, accountability, decision-making, execution, and technology adoption.
Help clients identify gaps between their business vision, current operations, technology systems, team capacity, and growth goals.
Support leaders in moving from reactive day-to-day management to intentional leadership, structured execution, and better use of systems and tools.
Guide clients through growth, transition, delegation, operational change, digital transformation, and technology-enabled process improvement.
Use professional coaching practices aligned with ICF standards, including active listening, powerful questioning, confidentiality, ethical practice, and client-led discovery.
2. Strategy-to-Execution Support
Help clients clarify business goals, technology needs, operational priorities, constraints, risks, and measurable outcomes.
Translate coaching conversations into clear action items, leadership commitments, system improvement opportunities, and practical next steps.
Support the development of simple business rhythms, including weekly priorities, leadership check-ins, accountability scorecards, progress reviews, and technology adoption checkpoints.
Work with PGS delivery teams to ensure client priorities are understood and translated into effective managed business, technology, automation, and operational solutions.
3. Technology Enablement & Business Improvement
Help clients understand how technology can support business growth, operational stability, customer experience, reporting, and team productivity.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce manual work, strengthen systems, automate repeatable tasks, and improve data visibility.
Support clients in evaluating current tools, platforms, processes, and technology pain points from a business-value perspective.
Help clients bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution without needing to act as a developer or technical architect.
Partner with PGS technology and delivery teams to ensure client technology needs are clearly communicated and aligned to business outcomes.
4. Client Growth & Value Creation
Identify opportunities to improve client revenue, profitability, team effectiveness, customer experience, technology usage, and operational stability.
Help clients reduce owner dependency by building stronger systems, processes, leadership habits, and technology-enabled workflows.
Support clients in becoming more scalable, stable, and ready for future growth, transition, or acquisition readiness.
Provide insight into where PGS managed solutions can create the most value for the client.
5. Coaching Program Delivery
Deliver one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching sessions, workshops, and leadership development sessions.
Support coaching-based client programs delivered through PGS and its managed client engagements.
Develop or refine coaching materials, templates, client worksheets, technology readiness tools, reflection exercises, and accountability frameworks.
Capture coaching notes, progress updates, client commitments, technology improvement needs, and action items in a professional and confidential manner.
6. Internal Collaboration with PGS
Partner with the Head of Solution Delivery, Client Success, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Delivery teams.
Share client insights that help PGS improve service delivery, client outcomes, solution design, and technology implementation.
Support client onboarding by helping clarify goals, pain points, expectations, business model, current systems, technology gaps, and desired outcomes.
Contribute to case studies, workshops, thought leadership, and client success stories when appropriate.
