TikTok Shop Account Specialist
We are a 7-figure e-commerce brand with 5 years in business, looking for a strong TikTok Shop Account Manager to help manage and grow our TikTok channel. This role is ideal for someone who understands the full TikTok Shop ecosystem and is ready to take real ownership and grow into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily TikTok Seller Center operations, including listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, orders, account health, and fulfillment performance
Track TikTok Shop performance: GMV, orders, CVR, ad sales, creator sales, refunds, and profitability
Recruit and manage creators and affiliates, including outreach, commissions, samples, follow-ups, and maintaining a creator tracker
Create, manage, and optimize TikTok ad campaigns, reviewing ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and spend
Monitor FBT inventory and coordinate fulfillment across TikTok, Shopify, Amazon MCF, and other approved sources
Troubleshoot product sync, inventory sync, order routing, and marketplace integration issues
Prepare weekly performance reports and recommend actions for campaigns, promotions, and creator outreach
Help build SOPs, trackers, and systems as the channel grows
Required Experience
TikTok Shop Seller Center, Affiliate Center, and Ads Manager
Creator outreach, free samples, and campaign management
FBT, seller-fulfilled orders, order SLA, and account health
Shopify and marketplace integrations
Strong spreadsheet, reporting, and communication skills
Preferred
Tools like Kalodata, Euka.ai, TikTok Analytics, or inventory sync platforms
Experience with peak season creator campaigns and SOP creation
Experience leading or training tea
