JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a highly organized, autonomous, and proactive Wholesale Accounts & Sales Coordinator to manage and grow our wholesale channel. This goes beyond simple outreach or lead generation — it's a broader account management role. The ideal candidate will gradually take full day-to-day ownership of the channel, handling routine communication, order processing, database hygiene, and reorder strategies.

Work Structure & Requirements

Location: Remote / Virtual
Schedule: Part-time (15 hours per week)
Compensation: $7 USD per hour

Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management & Order Fulfillment

Manage all routine day-to-day communication and relationship nurturing with current wholesale accounts
Process new wholesale orders and repeat reorders accurately and quickly through Shopify
Respond to inbound wholesale inquiries, review new retailer applications, and coordinate sample distribution to interested prospects

2. Pipeline Management & Sales Outreach

Identify, research, and systematically contact prospective retailers to expand our retail footprint
Conduct strategic reorder outreach campaigns to follow up with existing partners and reactivate idle or inactive accounts
Build, maintain, and optimize a clean, centralized retailer database and sales tracking pipeline

3. Operations, Asset Maintenance & Reporting

Learn and manage internal tools (such as Overjoy), closely track results, and document clean, repeatable workflow processes
Keep wholesale line sheets, product catalogs, and other basic retailer-facing sales materials up to date
Provide clean, simple weekly reporting to leadership covering outreach data, open opportunities, opening orders, reorders, and explicit next-action items

Required Skills & Experience

Experience: Direct experience supporting a physical consumer product brand from the brand side — managing wholesale retail accounts, retailer outreach, samples, and line sheets. CPG, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer product brand experience is required; Amazon arbitrage or third-party supplier-sourcing experience is not a fit for this role.
Shopify Proficiency: Prior experience managing customer records, fulfillment tags, or transactions on Shopify is strongly preferred
Pipeline Systems: Hands-on experience working with CRMs or structured pipeline-management trackers
Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication instincts with an ability to correspond professionally with retail store owners and buyers
Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational habits, and the ability to work independently with minimal daily oversight
Bonus: Competency with Canva for updating line sheets or retailer documents is a helpful plus
