**Adfluential Limited – Looking for Video Editor (Full-Time)**

We are a global performance marketing agency looking for full-time video producers/editors to create 10–60 second video ads for social advertising campaigns.

You should have existing experience in producing short promotional video ads for paid advertising on YouTube, TikTok, Facebook Stories, and Instagram Reels. You will also gain experience working with other platforms such as Native, Reddit, Nextdoor, and more.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Turn raw footage into attention-grabbing, highly engaging video ads
* Apply different hooks to capture audience attention
* Use captions, filters, effects, and transitions effectively
* Incorporate trending music and formats

**AI & Creative Skills (New Requirement):**

* Experience using generative AI tools such as Veo, Seedance, Nanobanana, or similar
* Basic to intermediate experience in writing prompts to generate images and video content
* Ability to integrate AI-generated assets into video ads

**Requirements:**

* Strong proficiency in English, with experience working with British English content
* Proven experience in creating high-performing short-form video ads
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced marketing environment

**Work Setup & Tools:**

* We communicate via Slack and use Loom for asynchronous video communication
* Our head office is based in the United Kingdom
* You will be joining an existing team of 18 members in the Philippines
* We will train you on generating AI actors and B-roll using our internal tools
* We cover the cost of a CapCut Pro license
* We provide portable USB hard drives for video storage

**Compensation & Benefits:**

* Starting salary: ?7,000 per week (depending on experience)
* Salary increases based on video performance
* 15 days annual leave + Philippine bank holidays
* Company-level performance bonuses
* 13th month pay
