Meta Ads Video Editor (UGC, AI, VSL) — Full-Time | Long-Term Role

Overview

We’re a fast-growing health & wellness e-commerce brand working with 7–8 figure companies.
We’re hiring one serious video editor for a long-term role with real ownership and leadership growth.

This is not a freelance gig.
This is a career role for someone who wants to grow with the brand.

What You’ll Do

• Edit 10–12 Meta ad concepts per week
• Produce UGC ads, AI presenter ads, and 2+ minute VSLs
• Match reference styles exactly before iterating
• Optimize hooks, pacing, retention, and CTR
• Build scalable checklists & systems

Hard Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• 2+ years editing Meta/Facebook ads
• Strong experience with e-commerce brands (7–8 figure preferred)
• Proven experience editing 2+ minute VSLs for health products
• AI tools experience is mandatory:
??HeyGen, Arcads, ElevenLabs
• Deep understanding of ad psychology, hooks, pacing, retention
• Fluent English & strong communication
• You do not require heavy training — you already know what you’re doing

• Why you are the best fit
• One ad you edited — why you believe it’s a winning ad
• Why you want long-term work
• How much you’ve invested in your skills in the last 6 months
• One skill you deliberately improved in the last 6 months

4. Written Screening Questions
• How do you d ---------- the first 3 clips in a hook?
• What is your retention strategy for 2+ minute VSLs?
• What tools do you use and what is your full workflow?
