Paid Media Performance Manager (Meta & Google Ads)
The Lucy Rose Clinic is one of Australia's leading telehealth functional medicine and wellness clinics. We help clients uncover the root cause of complex health concerns through advanced testing, practitioner support and personalised health programs.
We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Performance Manager to monitor, manage and improve performance across Meta Ads, Google Ads and our lead generation funnels.
This role exists to ensure our marketing performance is understood, monitored and continuously improved.
You will work closely with our CEO, content team, designer, GHL specialist and digital marketing agencies.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor Meta, Google and funnel performance daily
• Track CPL, Cost Per Discovery Call, CTR, CPC, conversion rates and lead quality
• Identify underperforming campaigns, ad sets, ads, keywords, landing pages and funnels
• Analyse campaign structure, learning phase status, attribution, conversion tracking and funnel performance
• Hold agencies accountable to KPIs and performance targets
• Review creative performance and identify what new content is required
• Direct content, creative and funnel testing priorities based on campaign and conversion data
• Work with our content team to identify new hooks, scripts, offers and creative angles
• Work with our GHL specialist to improve survey, landing page, nurture and booking funnel performance
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
• Provide daily and weekly performance reports with clear recommendations
• Help reduce Cost Per Discovery Call and increase booked Discovery Calls
About You
• Strong hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience including campaign structure, learning phase management, attribution, conversion tracking and performance diagnostics
• Strong Google Ads reporting and optimisation experience
• Strong reporting and dashboard skills using Google Sheets, GA4 and Looker Studio
• Able to independently analyse campaign, funnel and conversion data and provide clear recommendations
• Strong understanding of direct response marketing, hooks, creative fatigue and funnel conversion
• Comfortable challenging agencies and making performance recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Highly analytical, commercially minded and proactive
Highly Desirable
• Experience with lead generation campaigns
• Experience with GoHighLevel
• Experience with healthcare, wellness, coaching or telehealth
