About the Role

I am building a Shopify dropshipping brand and I am looking for an experienced Shopify Dropshipping Growth Manager who can help turn this store into a profitable and sustainable business.

This is NOT a position for beginners, trainees, or people looking to learn on the job.

I am looking for someone with proven experience, strong business knowledge, and a track record of building successful Shopify stores.

What I Need

You must have hands-on experience with:

Shopify store growth and optimization
Product research and product sourcing
Supplier management (Alibaba, CJ Dropshipping, AliExpress, etc.)
Brand strategy and brand positioning
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Product page creation and optimization
Competitor analysis

Facebook Ads and/or TikTok Ads strategy

Email marketing fundamentals
Store scaling and profitability
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of proven Shopify dropshipping experience
Must provide real examples of stores you have worked on
Must provide measurable results (sales, ROAS, conversion rates, revenue growth)
No fake experience or fake portfolios
No agencies outsourcing the work
Strong communication skills
Strong problem-solving mindset
Ability to take ownership and deliver results
