Position: Dispute Management Assistant
Industry: E-commerce / Dropshipping
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and responding to PayPal disputes and claims
Handle Shopify chargebacks and prepare compelling evidence for dispute submissions
Manage and respond to WHOP disputes
Monitor dispute deadlines and ensure timely submissions
Communicate with customers professionally via
Gather and organize supporting documentation, tracking information, order details, and proof of delivery
Maintain accurate records of disputes and their outcomes
Work closely with the Dispute Manager to improve dispute win rates
Assist with general customer support and administrative tasks when needed
Requirements:
Proven experience handling:
PayPal disputes and claims
Shopify chargebacks
WHOP disputes
Customer support
Strong written English communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to analyze order histories, tracking information, and transaction records
Experience with e-commerce and dropshipping operations

Familiarity with customer service platforms and dispute management tools is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dropshipping or e-commerce business
Knowledge of fraud prevention and chargeback mitigation strategies
