Part-Time SEO Specialist

About Us

We are a growing luxury perfume brand based in the UK, dedicated to creating exceptional fragrances and delivering a premium customer experience. We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to help strengthen our organic presence, increase visibility, and drive sustainable growth.

This is a part-time remote role for someone who understands both the strategic and technical aspects of SEO and can take ownership of improving our search performance.

Key Responsibilities

On-Page SEO

* Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
* Optimise product pages, collection pages, landing pages, and blog content
* Improve title tags, meta descriptions, heading structures, and internal linking
* Identify content opportunities and SEO content gaps
* Develop content recommendations based on keyword and search intent analysis

Technical SEO

* Perform regular technical SEO audits
* Monitor website health, crawlability, and indexing
* Improve Core Web Vitals and page speed performance
* Implement and maintain schema markup and structured data
* Manage redirects, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, and technical SEO best practices
* Identify and resolve technical issues affecting rankings and user experience

Off-Page SEO

* Develop and execute backlink acquisition strategies
* Conduct backlink audits and competitor backlink analysis
* Identify digital PR and outreach opportunities
* Build relationships with relevant publications, bloggers, and industry websites
* Monitor backlink quality and authority growth

Reporting & Analysis

* Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions
* Monitor SEO performance and identify opportunities for improvement
* Produce clear reports with actionable recommendations
* Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices

Skills & Experience

Essential

* Proven experience managing successful SEO campaigns
* Strong understanding of On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and Off-Page SEO
* Experience using:

* Ahrefs
* SEMrush
* Google Search Console
* Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
* Screaming Frog
* Google Tag Manager
* Google Keyword Planner
* PageSpeed Insights
* Experience working with Shopify websites
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and reporting abilities

Desirable

* Experience within luxury, beauty, fragrance, fashion, or lifestyle sectors
* E-commerce SEO experience
* Digital PR and outreach experience
* Familiarity with international SEO
