Personal Brand Manager & Content Strategist for Real Estate Investor

I am a real estate investor, landlord, and real estate agent located in the Quad Cities (Iowa/Illinois). I buy houses, sell homes, manage rentals, and own investment properties.

I am looking for a Personal Brand Manager who can take ownership of my social media presence and tell me exactly what content to create.

This is NOT a basic social media posting job.

I need someone who can think strategically, create content plans, write scripts, manage content production, edit videos, and help grow my personal brand.

Your job is to make content creation as easy as possible for me.

What You Will Do
Create weekly content plans
Research trending real estate content
Tell me exactly what videos to record
Write video hooks and scripts
Create content calendars
Edit videos using CapCut
Create Canva graphics
Post content to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
Repurpose content into multiple pieces
Monitor analytics and improve performance
Help generate leads through content
Weekly Workflow

Every Monday I expect:

10-15 video ideas
Hooks for each video
Talking points
Calls to action
Posting schedule

My job should simply be:

Record videos
Upload footage
Approve content

Everything else should be handled by you.
