Key Responsibilities
• Follow up with company-provided leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Respond promptly to enquiries and maintain regular engagement with prospective clients.
• Build relationships, understand client needs, and guide them through consultations, appointments, or onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Marketing and internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
• Participate in training programmes to continuously enhance communication and engagement skills.

Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Travel, Hospitality, Recruitment, Retail, or other client-facing roles.
• Experience in handling calls, customer enquiries, or appointment coordination is an advantage.
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and comfortable communicating via phone, messaging platforms, and online channels.
• English proficiency and exposure to Indonesia,markets are a plus.
• No prior financial sales experience is required; training will be provided.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
