Amazon Online Arbitrage VA — Product Sourcing Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in Amazon Online Arbitrage sourcing. You will be responsible for finding profitable products by analyzing data using Keepa and SellerAMP (SAS). This is a remote, hourly-paid role ideal for someone who is passionate about eCommerce and understands how to identify winning leads.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and source profitable OA leads from online retail websites
- Analyze product sales history, rank trends, and price history using Keepa
- Evaluate product profitability, competition, and eligibility using SellerAMP (SAS)
- Check Buy Box eligibility, restrictions, and IP complaint risk before submitting leads
- Submit sourced leads in an organized spreadsheet with all required data (ROI, profit, BSR, etc.)
- Meet daily or weekly lead quotas as agreed upon
- Communicate proactively via Slack, email, or agreed messaging tool

REQUIREMENTS
- 1–2 years of experience with Amazon FBA/OA sourcing
- Proficient with Keepa — able to read graphs, understand BSR trends, and analyze sales velocity
- Proficient with SellerAMP (SAS) — able to evaluate ROI, competition, and Buy Box history
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and common sourcing tools (Tactical Arbitrage, RevSeller, etc. a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow sourcing criteria consistently
- Reliable internet connection and able to work independently
- Good written English communication skills

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience sourcing from specific retailer categories (grocery, health, home, toys)
- Knowledge of Amazon IP/hazmat/meltable restrictions.
- To eliminate people doing mass job applications, add the word banana to the top of your application
- Experience working with US-based Amazon sellers
- Familiarity with Whatsapp, Google Sheets, Loom video and available for video meetings

COMPENSATION & DETAILS
- Pay: Hourly rate (negotiable based on experience and lead quality)
- Hours: Full time - Flexible — agree on availability during the hiring process
- Payment: Weekly or bi-weekly via Wise, PayPal, or similar
- Trial period: 1–2 week paid trial to assess fit and output quality
