Job Title: Meta Business Suite and TikTok VA - Store Content Posting Assistant

Compensation:
$170/month (with performance-based increases as the store generates sales)

Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to handle daily posting of short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) for a growing Shopify-based pet e-commerce store.
This role is execution-focused, with an understanding that content is used to drive traffic and sales to the Shopify store. You will be given videos, captions, pictures, and a posting schedule. Your job is to post consistently, accurately, and on time, while supporting engagement that leads to conversions.

Key Responsibilities
• Post 2-3 videos per day on Facebook
• Post 2-3 videos per day on TikTok
• Create short-form videos from provided pictures using tools such as Canva and CapCut
• Use Meta Business Suite for Facebook content scheduling and management
• Follow the exact posting schedule and product rotation strategy provided
• Upload videos, copy/paste captions, and ensure formatting is correct
• Re-upload content when instructed (no sharing old posts)
• Monitor posts and reply to basic comments (using provided scripts, including directing users to the store link)
• Like and engage with comments to maintain activity
• Ensure posts are aligned with driving traffic to the Shopify store (link in bio, CTAs, etc.)
• Report any issues (upload errors, account flags, etc.)

Requirements
• Experience using Meta Business Suite (required)
• Experience posting videos/reels on Facebook and ----------
• Experience creating simple short-form videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools
• Previous experience working with a Shopify store (required)
• Understanding of how social media content drives traffic and sales to Shopify
• Good written English
• High attention to detail (must follow instructions exactly)
• Reliable internet connection
• Consistent daily availability

Workload
• ~5–20 minutes per day
• Daily posting required (including weekends)
Performance & Growth
• Salary starts at $170/month
• Compensation will increase as the store generates sales
