--- THE 3 NEPQ QUESTIONS TO RECORD on Loom or similar---
You are calling on our Employer Sponsored Employee Benefits Campaign. You reach the Head of Human Resource after doing some research on the company.
Strong Opener: show you read a little about a strong opener using NEPQ...
QUESTION 1 (Sample Situation Question):
"Right now, when it comes to the benefits you're offering your employees — things like health coverage, dental coverage or any kind of retirement plan — how satisfied are you with what you currently have in place, and how well do you feel it's actually working for your team?" Then add two follow on questions assuming they say... no we are happy with our benefits.
QUESTION 2 (Sample Problem Awareness):
"A lot of the business owners we speak with tell us that their biggest concern isn't the coverage itself — it's not knowing if they're actually protected when something goes wrong, like an employee injury or a liability claim. Is that something that's ever crossed your mind with your current policy?"
QUESTION 3 (Sample Consequence & Vision):
"If it turned out there were gaps in your current coverage — say in your workers' comp or your employee benefits package — and those gaps were quietly costing you either in employee retention or in out-of-pocket risk, how important would it be to you to get that looked at sooner rather than later?"
3. A BRIEF COVER MESSAGE — In 3–5 sentences, tell us: How many years of outbound B2B or phone sales experience you have, which CRM and dialer tools you've used, and why you'd be a great fit for this role.
4. ANY SALES RESULTS OR METRICS from a previous role (appointment rates, conversion numbers, etc.) — optional but strongly preferred.
