JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT PRAYER SCARVES:
Prayer Scarves is a Christian brand creating scripture-inspired scarves designed to encourage intimacy with God through His Word. Our products are often purchased as meaningful gifts that uplift, encourage, and equip women in specific seasons of life.

We are looking for a Creative Strategist who can help us identify, develop, and test concepts for Meta ads and social content.

This is not primarily a video editing role.

The most important part of this role is the ability to recognize opportunities, identify strong hooks, mine existing content, and generate creative concepts that connect with women of faith.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creative Strategy
Identify hooks, angles, and creative concepts for Meta ads
Study existing content and uncover opportunities for new ads
Recommend new content as needed
Generate multiple testable variations of winning creatives
Suggest improvements to existing ads and creatives
Research trends, patterns, and creative approaches that can be adapted authentically to our audience
Creative Development
Write headlines and primary text variations
Create ad concepts and creative briefs
Recommend specific content to capture
Identify content gaps and opportunities
Asset Creation (Preferred) (Static image ads, carousel ads, short-form video ads)

Strong execution skills are a plus, but strategic thinking is the priority.

Find opportunities hidden in existing content
Generate fresh ideas consistently
Create enough quality creative to test regularly
Learn from performance and improve future concepts
Reduce the founder's creative workload

Enjoy studying ads and content that perform well
Think creatively and strategically
Understand emotional buying decisions
Can recognize what makes people stop scrolling
Are comfortable working with Christian and Scripture-centered content
Respect the difference between ministry-focused encouragement and hype-driven marketing


NICE TO HAVE:
Experience creating Meta ad creatives
UGC creative strategy experience
Canva, CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools
Experience working with DTC or e-commerce brands
Familiarity with testing multiple creative variations
