**About the Role**
We are a growing credit repair and business funding education company looking for an experienced and dedicated Credit Repair Dispute Specialist to join our team. This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who knows exactly what they're doing and can hit the ground running.
**What You'll Be Doing**
- Processing and submitting credit disputes on behalf of clients within 72 hours of receiving all required documents
- Disputing and removing late payments, closed accounts, collections, charge-offs, and derogatory marks
- Working with ChexSystems and Early Warning Services (EWS) disputes
- Uploading client documents into our dispute software (DisputeFox / Client Dispute Manager)
- Coordinating with our Customer Support Specialist daily to ensure clients are active and documents are complete before processing
- Communicating credit updates (score changes, deletions) to the support team via screenshot or PDF
- Flagging clients who need to update their credit monitoring before disputes can continue
**What We're Looking For**
- 3+ years of hands-on credit dispute experience - not just knowledge, actual experience
- Proven ability to remove late payments, closed accounts, collections, charge-offs, ChexSystems entries, and Early Warning flags
- Strong written communication skills - you will be coordinating with a team daily
- Someone who takes ownership of their workload and doesn't need to be micromanaged
- Ability to manage multiple client files at once without things falling through the cracks
- Reliable, consistent, and serious about deadlines
- Experience with DisputeFox or Client Dispute Manager is a plus

- You have less than 3 years of real disputing experience
- You struggle with meeting deadlines
- Communication isn't your strong suit
