JOB DESCRIPTION
Performs and works under the supervision of the HRAD Manager in analyzing and providing accurate records classifications in recruitment .
Develop and execute recruiting plans.
Prepares the necessary documents and provides assistance to immediate superior in the implementation of human resources programs and activities
Controls recruitment flow and sees to it quality employees are hired and falls within the standard of the Company. Conducts screening / interview of key personnel. Prepares appointment papers of key personnel in the Company.
