Supply Chain / Order Fulfillment Assistant (Dropshipping)

Summary
We are looking for a reliable Supply Chain Representative to support our e-commerce operations. You will work closely with suppliers, fulfillment partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing for multiple Shopify stores.

Responsibilities
•? ?Support daily supply chain operations across multiple stores
•? ?Coordinate with suppliers and fulfillment partners on order status and delays
•? ?Identify and help resolve issues such as out-of-stock items, wrong variants, or damaged products
•? ?Communicate updates clearly with internal teams
•? ?Assist customer service with order and fulfillment-related tickets (Gorgias)
•? ?Track recurring issues and report improvements

Requirements
•? ?At least 1 year experience in e-commerce operations or supply chain (dropshipping experience preferred)
•? ?Familiar with Shopify (Gorgias is a plus)
•? ?Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
•? ?Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
•? ?Good written and spoken English
•? ?Available for long-term work
