We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our growing short-term rental business. You’ll help manage guest communication, coordinate cleaning schedules, update listings, and support backend operations, such as but not limited to collecting and recording payments, preparing invoices etc. The ideal candidate must have excellent command of the English Language.
If you're detail-oriented, resourceful, and have experience with platforms like Airbnb,
RESPONSIBILITIES:
~ Respond promptly to guest inquiries and booking requests on using our property management tool Hostaway and other platforms directly as needed while on shift
~ Schedule cleaning and maintenance teams
~ Update availability calendars and property listings
~ Manage follow-ups
~ Assist with creating standard operating procedures and digital templates (e.g. welcome books, checklists)
QUALIFICATIONS:
~ Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant in short-term rentals or property management
~ Excellent English (spoken and written)
~ Experience with Airbnb, Hostaway, Breezeway or other PMS tools is a plus
~ Experience in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) is a plus
~ Exceptional attention to detail and time management
~ Able to work independently and proactively
Availability to work Jamaican business hours (EST timezone) WORK HOURS
(With flexibility during peak check-in/check-out hours and weekends
Long-term, stable work with room for growth Paid time off and holidays after probation of 6 months
Work from home, 13th month pay
