About us
We are a premium 3D architectural visualization studio working with high-end real estate developers in the Netherlands. We do not sell "renders." We sell images that help developers pre-sell projects. Quality, lighting, and realism are everything to us. If your work is "good enough," this is not the role.
What you'll do:
Produce photorealistic exterior and interior renders of residential and mixed-use projects, from architectural drawings, 3D models, and detailed reference briefs we provide.
Build and light scenes, set up materials, place context (surroundings, vegetation, people, cars), and deliver multiple camera angles.
Iterate quickly on feedback. We art-direct the final look; you own the production.
Hit deadlines without us having to chase you.
Must have:
A strong portfolio/reel of photoreal architectural work. This is the first thing we look at. No reel, no interview.
Excellent control of lighting, materials, and composition. This is what separates you from the average artist.
The ability to match a detailed visual reference precisely. We give you mood boards and real project photos; your job is to hit that target, not improvise your own style.
Strong, reliable English communication.
Self-managing. You plan your own time and flag problems early.
Nice to have (not required):
Exposure to Dutch or European architecture (brick facades, window proportions, dense new-build neighborhoods). We supply reference packs, so this is a bonus, not a requirement, if you can nail references.
Post-production skills (Photoshop).
Animation / flythrough or real-time experience (D5, Lumion, Unreal).
Software:
We are open. Tell us what you use (D5, Blender, Corona, V-Ray, 3ds Max, Lumion, etc.). Skill and your reel matter more than the specific tool.
How to apply (read carefully, this filters out spam):
Start your message with the word BRICK so we know you read this.
Link to your portfolio or reel.
Tell us your main software.
One line: which render in your portfolio are you most proud of, and why? Also tell us how long the total production (3D model + rendering) of this render took.
Shortlisted candidates get to do a small test: one render from a Dutch reference brief we provide. If quality matches your promises, you get paid. Otherwise not.
