# Shopify Customer Support Agent (Dropshipping Experience Required)
We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Agent to join our growing ecommerce business.
This role is focused entirely on customer support for Shopify stores. We are looking for someone who understands the dropshipping business model and has experience handling customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
## Compensation

## Responsibilities
* Respond to customer
* Handle order status inquiries
* Assist customers with tracking requests
* Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies
* Handle delivery delays and customer complaints professionally
* Follow customer support SOPs and templates
* Maintain fast response times and high customer satisfaction
## Requirements
* Previous Shopify customer support experience
* Previous dropshipping experience is required
* Excellent written English
* Strong communication skills
* Stable internet connection
* Able to handle at least 20 customer
* Available to work weekends and holidays when needed
* Reliable and detail-oriented
## Preferred Experience
* Experience working for successful dropshipping brands
* Experience supporting stores generating €100,000+ monthly revenue (proof preferred)
* Experience using Shopify, Gmail, ChatGPT, Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar tools
