SEO & Growth Specialist at MNO Ventures

What You’ll Be Doing:
-You’ll be the engine behind organic growth, driving performance across the company and its clients.
-Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
-Run on-site and off-site SEO audits
-Analyse data and turn it into actionable insights
-Build and present performance dashboards
-Collaborate with developers, creatives, and external agencies
-Optimise content including metadata, structure, and internal linking
-Identify content gaps and recommend SEO-driven site architecture
-Execute link-building strategies including reclamation and broken link building
-Provide technical SEO recommendations (page speed, schema, hreflang, crawlability)
-Manage site migrations, restructures, and replatforming
-Monitor performance and troubleshoot drops in rankings
-Stay ahead of SEO trends and algorithm changes

What You Bring
-3–5+ years experience in SEO (agency or corporate)
-Strong knowledge of SEO tools and best practices
-Experience with analytics platforms (GA4, etc.)
-Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
-Experience across CMS platforms and site migrations
-Proven track record in driving organic growth
