Australian NDIS Provider | Part-Time | Remote | Philippines-Based

We are an Australian registered NDIS provider looking for a reliable and creative Social Media Virtual Assistant to manage and support our social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

This role would suit someone with strong English, excellent attention to detail, Canva experience and an interest in disability, healthcare or community services.

About the Role

You will help create, draft and schedule social media content that reflects our organisation in a respectful, professional and engaging way.

Content will include:

Accommodation vacancies
NDIS-related information
Disability and community support content
Staff and team updates
Service promotion posts
Awareness days and community events
Basic graphics and social media tiles using Canva

Key Responsibilities

Create social media content for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
Design basic branded graphics in Canva
Write clear and professional captions in Australian English
Prepare and manage a monthly content calendar
Research NDIS, disability, healthcare and community services content ideas
Draft posts for approval before publishing
Schedule approved posts
Assist with simple video/reel content where required
Monitor comments and messages and flag anything that needs attention

Requirements

Strong written English
Experience managing Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn business pages
Confident using Canva
Good caption writing skills
High attention to detail
Ability to follow brand guidelines and instructions
Understanding of respectful language when writing about disability and support services
Reliable internet connection and availability during some Australian business hours
Experience working with Australian businesses is preferred

Highly Regarded

Experience with healthcare, aged care, disability, NDIS or community services
Experience creating content for service-based businesses
Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn and scheduling tools
Basic video editing or reel creation skills


Hours and Pay
This is a part-time remote role, starting at 20 hours per week.

Rate: Around AUD $9 per hour, depending on experience.
