REAL ESTATE MARKETING & ADMIN ASSISTANT (PART-TIME)
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Hours: 5-10 hours per week initially

ABOUT US
We are a growing property business based in Perth, Western Australia, specialising in helping clients secure exclusive land opportunities and build their dream homes.
We are looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to help manage property listings, marketing and administration as we continue to grow.
This role will start with listing management and administration, with opportunities to grow into social media marketing, lead management and appointment setting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Upload house and land packages to
• Update property pricing and information
• Organise photos, floorplans and marketing materials
• Create basic Canva graphics
• Maintain spreadsheets and databases
• Update CRM records (HubSpot)
• Refresh online listings regularly
• General administration support
FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Social media posting (Instagram,
• Video editing for short-form content
• Lead qualification and appointment setting
• Customer follow-up
• Marketing support
REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection
• Experience using Google Drive and Google Sheets
• Canva experience preferred
• Real estate experience is an advantage but not essential
• Ability to follow systems and processes
