We're a growing diabetic supply purchasing company looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage incoming
Responsibilities:
- Respond to
- Request product pictures from sellers
- Follow up with inactive leads
- Update CRM stages accurately
- Manage opportunities in GoHighLevel
- Schedule pickups with sellers
- Keep lead records organized
- Reactivate old leads
Requirements:
- Excelling written English
- CRM experience required
- GoHighLevel experience preferred
- Appointment setting experience preferred
- Customer support experience preferred
- Strong Attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection
- Available during Eastern Standard Time Hours
Important:
This role follows detailed SOPs and requires accurately moving leads through a sales pipeline.
Organization and follow-through are critical.
This role will begin with training and a paid trial period before becoming a long-term position.
