JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Creative Strategist to help us create high-performing video ad concepts for ecommerce brands.

Please send your portfolio at the start of your application. Also include how much ad spend your creatives have been used on and what ROAS/performance results your ads have achieved in the past.

This role will start part-time and can grow into a full-time position for the right person.

Your main job will be to research winning ads, study competitors, come up with new angles, write hooks/scripts, and create clear briefs for video editors and UGC creators.

Responsibilities:

* Research winning ads on Meta, TikTok, Google, and competitor brands
* Find strong hooks, angles, and video concepts
* Write creative briefs for editors and content creators
* Break down why certain ads are working
* Organize ideas into clear batches for our editors
* Help improve existing ads by finding better hooks, pacing, and messaging
* Stay updated on ecommerce ad trends

You are a good fit if:

* You understand direct response marketing
* You can write strong hooks and ad angles
* You are creative but also organized
* You can explain your ideas clearly
* You have experience with ecommerce, supplements, beauty, skincare, health, or DTC brands
* You are comfortable using tools like Facebook Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, Google Drive, Notion/Sheets, and ChatGPT

Bonus if you have experience with:

* UGC ads
* Supplement or beauty brands
* Meta ads
* TikTok ads
* Writing scripts for short-form video ads
* Managing creative batches for editors

This is not just a basic VA role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, bring new ideas, and help us create ads that actually sell.
