Medical scribe / Documentation / Scribe

We are seeking a highly reliable and motivated Medical Scribe to join our Hematology & Oncology practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately documenting patient encounters, including progress notes, History & Physical (H&P) examinations, consultation notes, and other clinical documentation.
The majority of cases involve hematologic and oncologic conditions such as anemia, thrombocytopenia, thrombocytosis, various malignancies, evaluation of unknown cancers, hypercoagulable disorders, and coagulation abnormalities.
Key Requirements:
• Prior experience as a medical scribe or in a similar clinical documentation role is strongly preferred.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow up on and correct mistakes promptly.
• Highly reliable, responsive, and professional.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt on the job.
• Genuine interest in medical work and patient care.
