Ecommerce VSL / UGC Editor

We're a growing ecommerce pet brand looking for a video editor who specializes in high-converting VSLs (Video Sales Letters) for our Facebook/Meta paid campaigns. VSL editing is the core focus, with some UGC ad editing mixed in. (Open to Part AND Full Time position)

What you'll do:

-Cut long-form VSLs from scripts, voiceover, and B-roll with pacing built for direct response and retention
-Layer in captions, text overlays, B-roll, sound design, and music
-Edit UGC-style ads from raw creator footage when needed
-Use AI video and image generation tools to create assets when needed
-Iterate quickly on hook and angle variations for ad testing

What we're looking for:

-Proven experience editing VSLs and DR ads for ecommerce/DTC brands (please share a portfolio)
-Strong grasp of VSL pacing and retention editing
-Hands-on experience with AI video/image tools (Runway, Sora, Kling, Midjourney, etc.)
-Proficient in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects
-Fast turnaround and comfortable with high-volume testing
