About the Role
CoreMind AI is seeking an experienced Dispatcher Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in B2B truck dispatching. A key part of this role involves handling end-to-end communication and seamless workflow coordination between buyers, vendors, truckers, and drivers.

What You'll Be Doing:
Managing end-to-end B2B logistics and truck dispatching workflows.
Coordinating communication and maintaining seamless alignment between all parties.
Working independently with minimal supervision to meet daily operational targets.

Job Requirements:
MacBook required (Must be an Apple Mac user).
Proven experience in B2B truck dispatching.
Comfortable working US PST hours and using Time Doctor for time tracking.
Native-level English or high proficiency (written and verbal).
Preferred: Knowledge of QuickBooks, Apple Numbers/Excel, and basic AI tool familiarity.
