We're looking for a fast, story-driven video editor to cut short-form video ads for our
WHY THIS ROLE
Your edits run as live ads for major direct-response brands, including campaigns we run through Scalers (
THE WORK
-Edit short-form FB video ads, 1 to 2.5 minutes.
-Each project is one video delivered in 3 hook versions (same core edit, three different 5-second openers we A/B test).
-Source strong B-roll (TikTok, YouTube, our Canva) and assemble AI-generated footage we provide (Kling, Higgsfield), composited in CapCut.
-Generate AI voiceovers in our ElevenLabs account from the script.
-Add clean captions and follow our brief, script, and reference videos exactly.
WHAT YOU NEED
-Fast: a full project (3 hooks) in 24 hours.
-Strong storytelling instinct for pacing, timing, and a hook that holds attention.
-A portfolio of short-form / direct-response ad work (not just any video).
-Your own editing software (CapCut or similar), reliable high-speed internet, strong written English.
-Highly responsive to messages and feedback.
PAY
-$18 per project (one video, 3 hook versions).
-$20 bonus for every hook version that reaches $1,000 in ad spend. Winners never get turned off, so a single hit can out-earn the base many times over.
-Paid $13 trial project to start.
